 That is the point, in hevc, for example, fields can be NOT interlaced, but
 progressive, see #5514. You must look into interlaced flag as said in
 #7008 in VAC in .MTS.

 Also see #5818. The same issue in mxf and even soft telecine flags are not
 supported, #2602, LOL.
