 I compiled the ac4 branch at https://github.com/richardpl/FFmpeg/tree/ac4
 using Linux Mint 20.1.  It built successfully and I was able to play the
 atsc3.ts samples with AC-4 audio using ffplay.

 I've not been able to compile VLC or Kodi against this branch but I'm
 suspecting it's due to my own lack of understanding rather than the branch
 code.
