 It never promised support for RGB anyway. Chrome does support bit perfect
 AV1 RGB decoding though. At least on this sample
 https://trac.ffmpeg.org/attachment/ticket/9167/av1_rgb.webm it works
 perfectly on Nvidia Turing (Windows, of course). It may work worse on
 previous to Turing  (without software overlays from Turing).
