 In mpv that happens in full screen but does not in windowed (yes, double
 click breaks and fixes it, insanity). So that is just some kind of crazy
 interlace. Also, seeking is nuts their, it destroys it.

 P.S. It does happen on windows too only on initial frames, which is IMHO
 just a corrupted frames issue.
