 Summary of the bug:
The operating system selection links in ffmpeg.org/download.html are
unlabeled and cannot be activated with keyboard only
 How to reproduce:
 1. If on Windows, open Narrator; if on Mac, press command + f5 to enable
VoiceOver, and if on Linux install and enable Orca with Super + S. (Orca
and VoiceOver are disabled with the same keystroke).
 2. If on Windows, open Edge; if on Mac, open Safari; and if on Linux open
 Firefox.
 3. Go to https://ffmpeg.org/download.html
 4. Press tab until the operating system links are in focus, and press
enter to enable one of themthat is not enabled.

Expected: The links should have read "Linux", "Mac" and "Windows" or
something similar, before or after the word "link". Pressing enter on one
of them should have shown the respective section of the page.

 See https://fontawesome.com/v5/docs/web/other-topics/accessibility for a
solution for the labeling problem. As for the second, I don't know how to
 go about it.
