 Well, actually, I just checked H.265 (page 327, Figure D.2 – Nominal
 vertical and horizontal sampling locations of 4:2:2 samples in top and
 bottom fields) for 4:2:2 fields (so may be interlaced) it supports 2
 different chroma locations. But that is only for fields. I doubt ffmpeg
 will force some other chroma location for 4:2:2, since there is only one.

 You can check it as I did for dolby vision! After all, the -vf scale
 commands are known.
