 I have the same bug, with the git master branch version (2022-03-02:
 N-105822-g4b72bca6ca).
 Using `ffmpeg -i input20220302.mp4 output.mp4`, and opening the files with
 VLC (or any other player):
 - input file duration is 2:09
 - output file duration is 4:18
