 At the end of chapter 8 (Expression Evaluation) is the list of prefixes.
 The last four exponents of 2 are wrong:
 P 10^15 / 2^40
 E 10^18 / 2^50
 Z 10^21 / 2^60
 Y 10^24 / 2^70

 This is correct:
 P 10^15 / 2^50
 E 10^18 / 2^60
 Z 10^21 / 2^70
 Y 10^24 / 2^80
