 Also added verbose.txt which contains additional information, including
 some custom logging to output the pts/dts parameters produced by the QSV
 AV1 encoder.

 Example:

 [av1_qsv @ 000001D2D955C780] qpkt.pkt.dts = 123, qpkt.bs->DecodeTimeStamp
 = 221400, qpkt.pkt.pts = 126, qpkt.bs->TimeStamp = 226800,
 avctx->time_base = (1, 50)
