 Upload the image with another website. I think it should be fixed. The
 issue is obviously that you have a super high resolution photo that you
 want down downscale using ffmpeg and it does not work because the
 resolution is too high. Which is a bit of a weird problem but here we are.

 Though if they say they won't fix it its unlikely they will change their
 mind.
