 I tried BtbN's Linux builds, and the last working version was 09-30 and it
 doesn't work in 10-31. I also tried gyan.dev's Windows builds, and the
 last working version was 10-13 and it doesn't work in 11-21. So the
 breaking change happened somewhere between 10.13. and 10.31.
