 It seems to me that hevc_nvenc scenecut detection is rather shallow.
 I mean, very hard cuts are rendered as key frames, but a scene cut
 involving adiacent frames having similar colors is not (even if the
 pictures are completely different in terms of Mean Square Error).
 Do you happen to know if it can be made more sensitive?
