 binaries: https://github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds/releases/download/latest
 /ffmpeg-master-latest-win64-gpl-shared.zip

 There is insane amount of bugs in VLC. ffplay or mpv are liek 99.99% work
 the same as ffmpeg. mpv build with master ffmpeg is here:
