 Summary of the bug: HEVC 4:2:2 10-bit encoding profile is missing from
 videotoolboxenc

 The patch was already submitted about 10 months ago, please please please
 somebody merge it as Apple Silicon supports 10bit 4:2:2 and this patch
 enables it for all of us Apple folk :)
