 About DTS-order versus PTS-order:
 Most professional videos are PTS-order. Some are DTS-order. So far I
 haven't seen a video that flips back and forth, but it's possible because
 MPEG doesn't say it should not be done. So, if even a profession splices
 two videos together, I imagine the result could flip back and forth.
