 In 'show_frames', I see a point where 'best_effort_timestamp' switches
 from 'pts' to 'pkt_dts'. I had not been paying attention to that. I am
 now. Why does 'best_effort_timestamp' exist? What conditions (or
 situations) trigger the use of 'best_effort_timestamp' that is not 'pts'?

 Should I add 'best_effort_timestamp' to comment 120?
