You can pull an earlier version if you need to encode immediately:
cd ~/ffmpeg
make distclean
git checkout abf8342aa94bdf06bb324f6723a6743dd628d5c6
./configure, make, install, etc
make distclean
git checkout master
git pull
(I didn't test this)
or you could wait a little while. I would guess no more than a day or
two for profile to be added.
