[FFmpeg-user] Unknown encoder 'libfaac'

you need to compile ffmpeg from sources on fedora
since libfaac is in "rpmfusion-nonfree" and build
ffmoeg with it would mean that it has to be moved
also to nonfree what is not possible since there
are many other dependencies on ffmpeg

i took the srpm from rpmfusion, modified the params in
the SPEC-file and made my own build since 2009 (in the
meantime with many additional options)
