[FFmpeg-user] -map and matroska files

I understand how ffmpeg works. I was just complaining that it doesn't
make sense. I think it would have been preferable if it worked like
this: once a map has been specified, no streams that are not
explicitly referenced by a -map should not be included in the output
file.
