[FFmpeg-user] watchable video tester program

I am looking for a program that can scan though a videoand check to see if it is watchable?
Are there macroblock errors?
Is there dead/missing sound?
Are there Frame errors?

it needs to be able to work on non-original (re-compressed) video (mpg2/H.264 to Xvid)
