[FFmpeg-user] ERROR: libx264 not found

I'm getting "ERROR: libx264 not found"  with this:
https://github.com/halfninja/android-ffmpeg-x264/blob/master/Project/jni/configure_ffmpeg.sh

And the error "/bin/arm-linux-androideabi-gcc is unable to create an executable file. C compiler test failed." with:
https://github.com/guardianproject/android-ffmpeg/blob/master/configure_ffmpeg.sh

I got this version of ffmpeg: 
https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg

How can I compile the ffmpeg with x264?
