[FFmpeg-user] how to add subtitle to video?

Dear FFmpeg developers:
 I am trying to add subtitles to video by FFmpeg command on Windows.But all command examples I found online failed maybe because of my ffmpeg version.Can you give me some advice or command examples for my ffmpeg version? The FFmpeg version is as follows:
