[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php cont

"ffmpeg-php" is dead since years and had never any write-capabilities
there are no updates, this has never worked with PHP 5.3
PHP 5.2 is also dead

so ffmpeg-php is dead and will never come back since
the author himself has no longer need for it
