The message about pixel aspect ratio above is a warning 
(about a problem FFmpeg was able to fix itself), 
the aac message is an error (that stops encoding).
Either reduce the bitrate or consider using an external 
aac encoder library.

It is specified like this, if you want an extremely similar, 
less restrictive codec, use h263p.
