[FFmpeg-user] Creating video with single JPG + MP3 file?

Note that current ffmpeg also allows
ffmpeg -i imagine.jpg -i audio.mp3 -vcodec copy -acodec copy out.mp3

I consider this behaviour nearly a bug (try ffmpeg -i video out.mp3)
but atm this should work fine.
