[FFmpeg-user] what does "real-time buffer 155% full! frame dropped!" mean ?

I think raw video is buffered in memory until the processor gets enough
time to encode it.

Just in case this buffer gets full, some of the frames will get dropped to
make up for the slow or busy processor.
