Hopefully someone will be able to suggest a better solution than this, but  
there was at one time an avisynth filter that would let you put a  
Photoshop saved curve onto video; if you're on a platform where avisynth  
exists, you could do it that way.

I'm not sure there is a LUT filter available in ffmpeg, but I'm not sure  
there isn't either.
