[FFmpeg-user] The Start time is wrong when use -ss 00:00:00.00

I can reproduce that the start time for transport streams 
is >0 (even with -copyts) but the question remains what is 
wrong with start time 1.4 ?
Afaict, transport streams may have arbitrary start times.
