[FFmpeg-user] yuv422p16le silently converted to yuv422p10le - even if pix_fmt is set to 16bit

It seems wrong if FFmpeg reports the source pix_fmt as yuv422p16le, says
the output will be yuv422p16le, but then ffprobe says the resulting file is
really yuv422p10le...
