If you have such a file (and it does not work perfectly), 
please provide sample, command line and complete, uncut 
console output.

(The idea is of course that FFmpeg also supports broken 
files if possible, to name a random example, transport 
streams without PAT should play fine with FFmpeg, but 
are certainly "broken".)
