There is no such thing as two-pass constant bit-rate. Constant bit-rate does
not leave room for decision, and therefore can not benefit from multiple
passes.

Two-pass encoding is when you want to achieve a specified _average_ bit-rate
over the whole file.

(For a given duration, specifying the average bit-rate or the total size is
of course equivalent.)
