I understand now what you mean. You may be able to get close to the truth
yourself by calculating from known values. The bracketed set of values seem
to indicate the aspect ratio represented by resolution at square pixels, and
the 2nd set after applying the encoded aspect ratio. Use something like
MediaInfo to independently report resolution and encoded aspect ratio and
see what you come up with.
