I am not a native speaker (and several other people 
on this list aren't either) ;-(
I don't understand what you are asking (what is a 
"protected MPEG-4 movie"? What are recovered 
deleted videos?), the best thing you can do is 
provide the command line you are using together 
with the complete, uncut console output and 
explain (in simple) words what is wrong with the 
output file.

FFmpeg has several postprocessing options, please 
see the fine documentation.
