When I run the -codecs flag, I get this under the wmv section:

Looks like encoding is only enabled for wmv1 (WMV7) and wmv2 (WMV8), but not
for wmv3 (WMV9) and vc1.

Unfortunately, I do have specific Windows/wmv requirements.
