[FFmpeg-user] RTMPE native support

Hi Mustafa,

yes, it can work both with rtmpdump lib and now also natively but I've
never been able to make it work with the native. With rtmpdump lib
everything works without any other parameters. I'll take a deeper look at
the sources or waiting for Paul for the options.
