Discontinuty is around 4.8 seconds.
DTS passes from 4820ms to 4900ms, while frame duration is 40ms.
At this point, I'm rephrasing a little the questions:
1. To fix this discontinuity should I set a frame duration to 80ms or
double the frame in that point?
2. Is there any way to do this from ffmpeg command line (with no reencoding
