I am somewhat puzzled now:
If I understood your original question correctly, you 
suggest a change to FFmpeg so it can link to the 
experimental x262 encoder. This can only be possible 
if the experimental x262 encoder exists (I don't know, 
at some point in the past it was announced but did not 
exist).
If it exists you can test it.
If you cannot test it (because it does not exist), there 
is no way that FFmpeg can link against it...

Or do I miss something?
