[FFmpeg-user] how to use presets files

AFAIK, the presets are internal part of codecs now i.e. any codec has
(or not) his own preset, which is like specific flags. To learn how to
use them you have to look at codec manuals, not at ffmpeg. In your
case - 'libvpx' manual.
