[FFmpeg-user] recording audio from speakers

Hello,
I am recording my desktop with ffmpeg 1.2.
The problem is I am recording audio from microphone whereas I would like to record audio from speakers.
This is my command line:
$ ffmpeg -f alsa -ac 2 -i hw:0,0 -f x11grab -s 640x480 -r 25 -i :0.0 /tmp/out.mpg

I am using a headset plugged on the 2 front jacks (green and red).
How can I capture my audio speakers with ffmpeg instead of recording from microphone ?
