hard to say because you did not state your operating system
nor which version of x264 nor how x264 was installed

the first problems are starting at the begin

--enable-libfdk_aac
libfdk_aac not found

you can hardly enable features without install the library and their
devel package and the same for "ERROR: libx264 not found" i guess
