Normaly, that's correct. But for DCP Mastering you need the subtitles to
start at 00:00:00:00 for each reel. For some reason it seems to be
really, really hard for subtitling facilitys to keep that in mind... so
if we start the timecode at 01:00:00:00, in most cases, we have to
adjust the subtitles. Sadly, we can't decide with which facilitys to
work with.
So right now, we're doing it in two steps, first encode the reel with
00:00:00:00 timecode, after that put it together with pre- and postroll...
