    % ./ffmpeg -v 0 -h muxer=gif
    Muxer gif [GIF Animation]:
        Common extensions: gif.
        Mime type: image/gif.
        Default video codec: gif.
    GIF muxer AVOptions:
      -loop              <int>        E..... Number of times to loop the output. (from 0 to 65535)
      -final_delay       <int>        E..... Force delay (in ms) after the last frame (from -1 to 65535)

so ./ffmpeg -i ... -loop 123 out.gif should do the trick.
