[FFmpeg-user] Video Encoding MPEG4-PART2-SP

Dear Sir,

I am Salim Shaikh From India looking for solution , my query is i am not
able to segment video file can you give me complete step by step Guide for
the same.
I am Fresher in this technology.


I have installed ffmpeg & respective libavcodec for the same able to
convert video in different format like .avi to ts mkv to avi mkv to ts
like....in different video rate & audio rates but unabme to segment , dont
know what to do please help me  out for the  same so that i can able to do
segmentation of any video into .ts format
