Completely unrelated to your problem:
The following options are default and therefore unnecessary:

> --disable-shared
> --enable-static
> --enable-yasm
> --enable-decoders
> --enable-encoders
> --enable-muxers
> --enable-demuxers
> --enable-parsers
> --enable-protocols
> --enable-filters
> --enable-hwaccels
> --enable-ffmpeg
> --enable-zlib

The following option makes no difference concerning the 
compilation, I wonder if you use it intentionally 
(it implies different license rules):
> --enable-version3
