[FFmpeg-user] Flags to x264

Hi all,

Every time I do a major (?) upgrade (eg 1.1 -> 1.2) some H.264 options 
tend to have been changed. Are the changes of flags to x264 documented 
somewhere so we can easily upgrade our scripts?
