I'm afraid I don't actually understand all the time stuff.
This is "pts", but there is also "dts", and there may be
others :-).  I've never learned how to sort them out.

I'm afraid I don't know that either. Once I got a time
code I could use for filtering out commercials I stopped
trying to decrypt the docs.
