Sorry.  I forgot to say that that was to remove the slight error that
remains after the scale filter rounds to whole pixels.  For example:
NTSC 16:9 DVD 720x480 -> 853 and 1/3 pixels by 480.

The scale filter will round to 853 and leave a small aspect ratio
difference which I wanted to remove so I used another filter, setsar=1.
