[FFmpeg-user] How to get an annexb h264 frame by av_read_frame

Do I have to check the extradata[0] to see if it's avcc or annexb, and do a
corresponding convert?
Or is there any easy way to get the annexb h264 frame by av_read_frame()
directly?
