[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg convert a blue-ray file is so slowly

Hello,

I think  1280x692 is typical for:

16:9 HD was cropped because the CONTENT on the 16:9 image was at 1.85:1 
(wide screen film format).
Therefore the 16:9 (1.78:1) encoded picture HAD black stripes at top and 
bottom, these stripes where cut off so that the final encoded video in 
the MKV has no black stripes anymore.

so the steps which were done were following:

1920x1080 with black stripes was the original bluray source (16:9 = 1.78:1)-
-> blackstripes where cropped -> 1920x1038 (1.85:1)
-> scaled down to 1280x692 (1.85:1), (67.78%)
