Assuming that description is accurate,  (I haven't tried it myself yet) those are really quite simple directions. He left out the a couple of steps for complete beginners like the fact that you need to copy that script from his site into a text editor, save then make it executable with chmod (chmod 755 filename I think) and I think you may need to put sudo in front of the apt-get line if you aren't already the root user.

Try following the directions as described and see if it works.
